Basic Navigation
This module introduces the basics of navigation for small craft operations. You will gain a simple understanding of charts, including key symbols, depths, and hazards. The module also covers high level tidal awareness and pilotage, helping you plan safe routes and maintain position awareness in familiar and restricted waters.
On completion of this module, you will be awarded the Professional Rescue, Basic Navigation Insignia.
